Almost one year and 4 months after ordering and pre-paying for a Lyto model bike for pool use, I still have no bike. Joseph Alvarez, the owner of the company, no longer even promises to deliver the bike and refuses to refund the purchase price.in his last email in March 18 he states that he's going back to Monaco and his quote was "YES I TOLD YOU ALREADY STOP MENACES BECAUSE I AM FRENCH AND I HAVE NO MORE BUSINESS IN USA". His business license #L05000021703 in the State of Florida expired May 1 (www.sunbiz.org) but after he "Left" he got another business license in a different name from the State of Florida as PBMCMONACO. LLC on June 18. I would like to see the FBI or whatever government agency that can go after him for fraud. This crook's website is still up www.poolbikemc.com. I have added a complaint to "Complaint Information Internet Crime Complaint Center". I would like to see criminal charges brought upon him.
