Items arrive damaged/unusable. Fail to obey terms and conditions

Do not use discountmarinesupplies.com!!! My items came without any protective packaging resulting in a damaged delivery. Customer service, if you can get a hold of them, is via email only, and they are absolutely insulting to their customers. Box arrived saran wrapped with several holes. Despite "terms and conditions" of sale that say that they will send someone out to inspect the packaging and take it back with them to their company for a refund, they simply tell the customer that their only choice is to mail it back (at the customer's expense) for a refund.

There are many REPUTABLE companies to use for marine supplies. DISCOUNTMARINESUPPLIES.com is not one of them. Avoid them at all costs.

I found another company that specifically said that they will not simply package up someone else's returns and send them off to you; that must be directly due to companies like DISCOUNTMARINESUPPLIES.com who even state (hidden on the website under returns) that they ask you to package them back up nicely when returning because they are going to send it right out to someone else.

That is not NEW merchandise, at least not in my opinion. It is AT BEST, "open box" merchandise.
