Waiting for refund for 5 months! Internet

I have purchased a shirt 6 months ago from uksoccershop.com. I pay for it but it never came to me.

After 1 month later i wrote to their helpdesk and they said they will look for it, after 1 months later they accept refund.

But they havent refund anything yet. I have sent so many messages to them but after the 3th month they never reply..

What a company is that?
