Gun parts thief and con man!

On February 11 I saw an advertisement in Shotgun News for Rod Jones of ERA Tech and an introductory "Special Offer" for 1919 A-4 semi-auto conversion and a side plate. That was for $335.00. I sent the. 30-'06 WWII parts and a total of $380.00 hoping that I would see something in return. It has been 5 years of grief, shallow promises and outright lies that I got.

In May 15 a follow up letter was sent indicating that no action had been taken and that the phone # was disconnected. I had threatened him and resorted to turning him over to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs for fraudulent business practices.
On February 20 another letter was written and the phone was disconnected again! The letter reinforced the poor business practices and the need to return the parts to me. Still he did nothing!

Another letter December 21 was sent which states that this was the fourth request, the parts need to be returned and what a crook he was! I had tried many times to phone and when he answered there was always some new excuse of a difficulty that was holding things up!

The letter December 12 was returned to me with all the other letters because there was no mail receptacle! The phone was not in service and no way to reach the criminal!

A formal request was made to the Attorney General of Arizona and they were absolutely no help. They suggested due to their overwhelming workload that I look into hiring an attorney. No help at all! So, I hope that there is nobody that will be taken by this lower life form because you will only regret it!
