As of 8-12-08 they have not paid the judgement, nor have they contacted the court or answered our attorney's letter that was sent 7-22-08 we are now in the process of aquiring a subpoena, which will disclose all their assets, bank accounts and tax records to date, to satisfy this judgement.

The better business has said and i quote (this company has an unsatifactory record with the BBB due to a pattern of complaints and has failed to correct the underlying reason for the complaints dated 6-23-08

These people could have avoided all this, by simply paying their court ordered judgement of $642 plus interest. Running from this mr. Ngyun and not answering emails and letters ms.
