Allnewsports.com Allnewsports LLC did not stand behind warranty, unacceptable product, ignoring court ordered judgement

Purchased childs 110 quad on 5-14-07. The machine was to say the least totally unacceptable, with many minor and some major warranty issues. The service department was and is a laugh. These people are not qualified, to service, repair, or sell these nightmares from hell! I was sent the same bad parts back, that i had sent them, untouched.

I had marked these parts to know if they had actually been tested or repaired. After many calls, and arguing with ryan, carl and cody, they assured me all was well, and new parts were being expediated. Finally a month later a dirty used starter showed up, half ass packed in a shoe box. We were tired of lies, misrepresentation, promises, and now the warranty had run out. We had been jacked around a year, and our grandson has ridden it about four hours, since i purchased it on 5-14-07

I made the decision to sue them in michigan small claims court on 6-3-08 and won a default judgment on 6-25-08 for $642 dollars, which only covers my costs and no more. I could have asked for more. They have not paid the judgement, or notified the court as of 7-29-08

I will now be forced to take the next legal step to collect this judgement. I'm lucky to have legal services in kansas as well as michigan.

The bbb. Was helpful in providing me with their reliability report, which stated they have an unsatisfactory record, with them also. Apparently they run from their obligations after the sale, this is a pattern with them. Also their license as of 6-23-08 is shown as delingquent. The license is possibly under the name of a mr. Brian ngyun ph. 312-3572

Please let me thank you allnewsports for ruining a six year old boy's birthday! And also causing me unnecessary greif and expense. Thanks again for the rotten service! I tried to thank you on your web site, but it appears to not be working, and nor are your e-mails being answered. Could this be the beginning of the end, for allnewsports? Or is it just another one of those misunderstandings, that cody and carl spoke of earlier?
