Mislead Me to believe you can watch the yankees and redsox and mets game when they knew they were black out in my area

I was mislead, I asked for a refund because I never was able to watch the yankees and red soxs or mets on my computer and there were no zipcodes to see if it would work in our area! But they have 1 now but when i signed up, it wasn't displayed on my page and so I called them and purchased it over the phone and ASKED am I gonna be able to watch the yankees and red soxs, I was told I might experience some blackouts but will be able to watch the games when the blackout were'nt there. They NEVER told me My area would never get the game and only be able to hear it when they took my bank card and address to pay them they knew i was in a blackout zone and wasn't never gonna watch the game and when i asked me my money back they refused and said we had watch some stupid other game milwalkee i think they said they are full of BULL and I am disbuting this
