I signed up for this site so I could watch college football games. When I tried to watch the game, it just had some weird instructions in really really bad English explaining how to watch the game (including a statement about how you don't need to download anything) and then all it did was try to install some plugin on my computer 28 times. I can't find anyway to cancel my subscription. I filed a ticket asking for a refund, so hopefully I'll get one, but based on what other people are saying, I kind of doubt it. To be fair though, I only submitted the ticket a few minutes ago and its like 2:00 AM in New York where' they're based, so I don't expect them to have refunded me yet.

As a side note, this is by far the worst looking website I've ever seen. It has tons of raw links all over the place. It just looks terrible, doesn't work, and has bad English.
