Rebate not honered

I bought a handgun from a S&W dealer with the promise of getting two extra clips on the rebate offer and had contact with them and nothing has happened. I explained that I sent the rebate form in on 10/8007. On 1/12/08 I was told that they would be sent out in 3 to 4 weeks. That email was sent by someone identified only as kf.

On April14 I recieved a email requesting the serial number and sent it to them,

On June 23 I sent a email and never even got a reply.
