Airsocom poor quality, rip off, products designed to void warranty

My son purchased an airsoft type BB gun from this company, it came late, communication was poor at best with this outfit. The gun arrived, the trigger didn't work properly. It took a month to get an RMA and only after I filed a complaint with paypal. So I go to pack the gun and the orange tip splits in half, i clip it back together pack the gun and send it in. They deny my claim, saying it was abused, this gun was used maybe 5 time sin my back yard under supervision so it was not abused, second the claim they claim the tip was removed well it fell off, upon inspection there was in sufficient adhesive to hold the tip on,
now they have confiscated his toy no warranty and he can't get his gun back, he is out $250.00. I call that a rip off outfit. The tip is assembled so poorly it must be designed to void the warranty. Watch out for this place.
