Gunbrokers fraud insurance is fraud itself!

I was ripped off by a John Sabo of Fairport Harbor, Ohio. He is a 35 year old 2 bit crook who ripped off about ten people on Gunbroker.com all at the same time around Thanksgiving 2007. Gunbroker offers fraud protection, so I did a fraud report. Thats been over 3 months ago. I have jumped through hoop after hoop for these people, doing everything they asked from filing police reports to internet fraud reports. I have sent them all the documentation they asked for and as of yet I've received nothing. As a matter of fact, they have even stopped responding to my emails as to when I will be paid. I honestly don't believe they have any intentions of making good on their guarantees. They are a ripoff themselves and their fraud protection is fraud itself. I don't see how they can get away with this. They are owned by a company known as GB Holdings Inc. I am out $444 to these crooks, and cannot afford to lose my money! Please anyone out there who knows how to get these bums to honor their claims let me know.
