Stole My Money Never Shipped Item Lies Lies Lies

I wish I had looked here first. I purchased an atv motor from them off of ebay. I never received the item. I keep getting a run around from Ed and Connie. I attempted resolution through PayPal. PayPal approved refunding my money, but since they have no money in their account, I'm SOL!

I don't understand how ebay and PayPal keep issuing them new accounts. So beware! My auction stated the item was in Tennessee. So looks to me like they are expanding the scam.
