They got me too... Does anyone have that 1-800#?

I joined 24 hour fitness about six months ago. I have referred four people since then. I think I got "referral credit" for... One.
Just before Christmas I figured out that I needed to put my membership on my actual credit card... And not keep it on my debit card. I called in and spoke with the GYM OWNER, Shay. He took down my information and I verified that the payment for THAT month would be on my credit card, not my debit card.
Surprise, surprise... It didn't work and my account was overdrawn... I was lucky... Just one bounce fee of $30. I immediately called and spoke with Shay and explained what happened. He asked if he could call me back and NEVER DID.
So I went in when he was there and sat and WAITED to talk to him. I then reminded him of our conversation. He went through some papers that he said were billing changes. I am dyslexic and can read upside down. I pointed out to him that these were from January and I was talking about December. He could not even keep track of my last name... He verified the WRONG name with me three times. He then ruffled a few papers in the office and said he couldn't find it. I then asked about a second membership for my husband and reminded him of the referrals I had made. I then asked if I brought in my cell phone bill showing when I called him if he would give me back the $30. And he said no... That if this fictitious paper didn't exist... I was S.O.L.
The day you cannot trust the OWNER of you gym... Is a sad, sad day. My membership should expire in a year from next month, but he put the wrong year on the form and it expires next month? Can I enforce that? I want out... When I cannot trust the owner... Wow... Just... Wow.
Please, somebody email me that 1-800# to eaglewolfbear@hotmail.com with subject line 24 hour fitness.
