Fraudulent account

One of my employee went to the alpharetta location and opened an account... With my name and my credit card (they did not checked a Identification)..!?
After she got fired, I closed the credit card and last night when i checked my credit report I saw a 3 month late payment listed on my credit report...!
I lost 100 points... They didn't even bother to sent me a letter or call me to let me know..!
