Ordered shoes for son with Debit/Visa card and never received them!

I also ordered a pair of shoes for my son and we never received them. He is out $100.00 that he earned working at a Babe Ruth Baseball Tournament, all weekend!

I have placed several phone calls and tried to contact them on the internet, to no avail! They would tell me that they shipped and/or they will ship.

They also told me once that they switched suppliers and so I had to have my son go back on line and reorder the shoes again.

I would like to know how to get his money back!!
