Major rip-off gym - ignorant staff

I joined Health Nut in Surprise to be apart of an all ladies gym and it turned out to be a waste of money. Aside from there bank like hours of operation the staff could use education or at least not mislead there clientele.

Last month (Oct. 2007) I wrote a letter and called to cancel my contract because of the ridiculous hours. I was told by a staff member that Oct. Would be my last payment and that I would have 30 days after to use my membership. Of course, this information was incorrect and I was charged an additional month. I counted on the information given to my by the employee which was a mistake on my part, but the real rip-off is that they wouldn't refund my money for THERE mistake.

I hope that you do not join this gym and I intend to spread the word around the city. Maybe they will learn that the refund of my $50 would have saved them hundreds in the long run, but I doubt it.
