Will not give me full refund

Our problem with Rush has to do with a team my daughter was supposed to play Soccer with. My daughter went to every single tryout, and after the fact I can say, wasting her and my time, and she was put on a U11 team. When we were on vacation the coach of her team left, and after keeping us in the dark (telling us to practice with other teams) the team she belonged to was gone. When we returned from vacation we were basically told that if my daughter doesn't join the U12 team, there is nothing Rush can do for us. Needless to say, she belongs on a U11 team (and this is what we signed her up for), she is neither very tall nor ready to play on a U12 team. Therefore, I had to start all over again and find a U11 team that accepted her, which I did.
I for my part did everything I had to do, I paid the dues in full at registration ($306.75 on 7 June), we showed up for every try out, we registered on time, I think Rush should have to explain to US why Kimberley lost her spot on the team we signed her up for.
Now Rush insists that we should only receive $171.75 as a refund, since we decided not to stay with Rush, but the problem is that they dissolved our team, and our only option was to play on a U12 team or leave. After writing back and forth Rush refuses to refund our full money.
What a Ripoff - Stay away from them.
