Rip-off!

This will be the last season that we play at American Indoor sports in Carrollton! Our team has played there for a little over two years, during the first year we as a team had little to complain about except for the usual bad calls by refs and so on. Last year as we began our season in the lowest indoor soccer division we found that 2 days before the season began we had been bumped up to the "A" league. One of our teammates called up to inquire about what had happen, and if there was a mistake. To our dismay there was no mistake and were informed that we had been playing at such a high competitive level (Never won the championship and had been middle of the road for sometime) that we had to be moved up. Now American Indoor has the right to move up teams if they feel that the team is overall better than all of the rest in the field. What I see as the problem is when we pay upwards of $700 to play as a team we are not even informed of what is happening. After we found out what had happened we decided to go to the owner to see if he could help clear things up. Then next day Ralph the owner contacts us and begins to argue, not even giving our teammate a word in edgewise. After about 1 hour we finally got our money back, and were told that we could sit out this season and play again next season and we would be taken care of, being allowed to play in the lower division. The next season comes around and what happens, we get bumped up to the "A" league again. American Indoor Sports and Ralph are all about making money, squeezing in as many seasons in one year as possible (went from playoffs to none in one season) and not caring about the customer even though that is who helps pay the bills over there. The Ref's have gone down hill, however they still do some quality ref's. I would be surprised if they don't leave for somewhere else. American Indoor is not apart of the North Texas Soccer Association, and I am sure if they tried join, NTSA would laugh at them. I would recommend that if you are going to play indoor soccer in the North Texas area for fun or for competition you go somewhere else unless you want to get ripped off!!!
