Is a ripoff, false promises

Splash Pools on Phillips HWY in Jacksonville Fl. Lied to me and didn't follow through on anything they promised. When I bought the Pool it was all great they said "we'll do this and that if you have any problems". Well the pool installers they sent out did an OK job the first time they were here on the insatll, after they left and we started to fill the pool after about filling it with 7,000 gallons we discovered a leak. We the installers came back out after the Manager of Splash pools reluctantly sent them back out.

He told me it would be a week before they could come back out, of course when I gave him the money for the pool he said if we had any problems he would have somebody out right away, outright lie. Well we had to call the installers and they said nobody from Splash even called them at all and would come right over. Well an hour later the installers came right over, (by-the-way they were independent contractors) they did and pumped 7,000 gallons of water into my yard and flooded it.

Well they came back a week later after calling 50 times and raising hell with Splash. Thet sent out a kid and a drunk guy and replaced the liner well now we have wrinkles in the liner and the pool is full of water. Well we called and told Splash and never heard anything back ever, they won't return calls. They simply lied to me and my wife, I will never buy anything there again. Also they never reinbursed me for the water wasted, which they also promised.
