Shipped the wrong parts then disappeared when I tried to return, exchange them

I ordered a black polymer stock kit for a rifle I own. It took forever to get the parts and they were delivered only after I complained. When the parts finally arrived, they were for the wrong receiver. When I double-checked my order I realized I had ordered the right part number. When I tried to exchange the kit for one that would fit, numerous emails were not returned. I was never able to contact them and I am stuck with a rifle butt that doesn't fit my particular rifle.

I would not recommend anyone buy from these people. I don't know if they're crooks, but they certainly have terrible customer service.
