Millinium Empire BUYER BEWARE FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Ripoff

Well I am very surprised to see so few people complaining about this so called company, but then again I guess there's not a high demand for swords or armor. I placed an order on September 26th and was told on October 24th that they pulled that item from the stock. I was a little upset for 1 it took them 1 month to tell me this, but was glad that someone actually responded to my e-mail and at least kept me informed. Keep in mind my credit card was charged that same day I placed the order. (Sept 26) They told me they would refund my money ASAP. After a month I started getting pissed still waiting for a refund, they told me they contacted accounting & would ask for my money again to be refunded ASAP. Again weeks passed by no money, I finally told them I contacted my bank and their response was "We have received your email and will be awaiting the chargeback paperwork from your bank" and then said "Your bank has not notified us of any investigation nor have the informed us of any specific date as to when your refund must be processed. You are the one that turned this over to your bank and had them file achargeback, so now we will deal directly with them. No further communication from you will be required." My bank did a investigation and titled them fraudulent. My bank gave them 60 days to refund my money they did not and it was then TAKEN from them. Today is January 26th I just got my money back today. So Buyer Beware, This company SUCKS!!
