LA Fitness
Will say they can't track your cancelation and continue to charge your bank account

We have been with LA Fitness for less than a year and needed to cancel. We thought it was strange that we couldn't cancel in person and was required to send a form to main office in CA.

Well now they are saying they do not have the notice that we canceled and we should have sent the forms registered mail to have proof they were sent. And they continue to charge our bank account.
