Ripped off to the MAX consumer fraud ripoff

I ordered clubs with the promise of money back if the clubs were not to my liking. My credit card was billed when I ordered clubs not when deliverd as promised. My clubs arrived much later than promised and with information that a return authorization must be obtained before the clubs could be sent back. After repeated attempts at trying to get a return authorization and leaving many messages on their recorder I have been unable to get a credit on my card or a return authorization. The Company seems to exist no longer.
