Did not provide service after sale. Took item back for repair 4 times and it was never repaired

On August 17 we purchased a ATV for my grandson for $625.00 for Southern Comfort Power Sports. We were told it had a full 6 months warranty. We took it back in less than two weeks because it wouldn't start. We were told that he got some back batteries, so the battery was replaced. It only worked for one afternoon after the battery was replaced. Took it back again and another battery was put in. Same thing happen. So in October we took it back because it wouldn't start and it was leaking oil.

When we went to pick it up, I asked "did you get everything fixed this time"? He said there wasn't anything wrong with it. At this point we just brought it back home and it is still leaking oil. Also, just this afternoon (11/17) my grandson tried to start it and it wouldn't start. I am very unhappy with this company and would never do business with them again and would advise everyone to do the same.
