Company warranty is a rip off

I ordered this Big Bear Chopper in October. It was delievered to Kent Motorsports the authorized dealership in San Antonio, Texas. I picked it up on Feb 15. The following day the M/C left me stranded and to be towed back to the dealership. This happen three times. Two weeks later while out of town the bike was dead and wouldn't start. Had it towed. After two weeks it was finally repaired. It was the started. The dealership does not carry inventory for this M/C. Two months later the voltage regulator went out. The bike was in the shop for two weeks waiting for the part from Big Bear Choppers.

Finally it was repaired. The voltage damaged the battery and required it to be replaced. The dealership refused to replace the battery. They stated that Big Bear would not warranty the battery. It was the regulator that caused the damage to the battery. No luck. At 6,000 miles the sprocket went out and required replacement.
