Ripoff I ask 3 months contract and sales person signed for 36 months

Me and my wife got ripped off by bally for about $1800. All We asked for 3 months contract and and the sales man signed us for 36 months. It was the 4 th months after when we signed up when i started wonderibf=g why they have charged me for 4th month and i found out that the did fraud to us and got us for 36 months. When i complain they gave me the 1800 number. The people answering that number were of no use and started accusing me that i did not read the contract. Where the fact is i am not the only affectee of their fraud. I am sure there are 1000's more. This is how they are running their business by telling lies.

Well since my credit is Excellent i did not wanted them to put this on my credit, i went ahead and paid on my American express and paid it off. Few months went by and i am getting monthly charges again on my American Express for no reason. I have talked to them several times and all they do is apology. Well their apology is not enough and they need to get their act togthether and get ready for a class action. I will be with any one who want to do that.
