I can't find any state dept that seem to want to help me. Here is a copy of the last email the guy sent me. I can't understand the fact that their s no state dept that over sees boat dealers dealers info

It's been 6 months and still no titles on the boat and trailer, you told me 3 months ago that you would pick them up and give me my money back, If you couldn't get the titles. I can't see putting any more money in it if you can't come up with the titles, I can't afford to pay storage on it any longer. If you don't do something soon I'm going to contact the DMV. Buddy.

At this point i want my money back, after i have spend over $2,000 on storage and the $2700 i paid him.

The title # on the bill of sale is 972377 for the boat and the trailer #1zeaamth04012153. This guy knows that I live on $800 a month and can't afford to be taken like he has done me. Can you please help me get my money
back
