Square trade is a Rip-off a scam to get peoples money that sell on ebay after a negative feedback has been given.
They say the can remove negative feedback left by other by simply paying $20.00 (which by the way the double charge) The mediators are said to help... Help? Yeah, the only thing they helped was to take my $40.00.
There are no qualifications according to squaretrade to become a mediator if you can say... Do you Agree? & Do you agree? Two time you can become a mediator that does nothing but takes $40.00 out of a $20.00 cost... & asks that queastion twice.

If you get negative feebacks on ebay, just keep them Square Trade does not do anything but rip you off!!
