Ripoff of time, gas and money trying to complete transaction

The owner of this company is Ron Harder. I am not sure what he is on, but he appears lethargic and in my effort to purchase a bow from him I had to make several trips to his location after I persisted in getting it ordered. Once it arrived, the tranaction was delayed again due to his computer malfunctioning and his inability to complete it.in total frustration I left and had to hire an attorney to get my deposit back.
