Allpro.com they refuseto pay me for super bowl win

I placed a wager on the super bowl on the score not going under 53 for both teams scores combined. I have talked by phone, e. Mail, and they stated I would have mymoney by postal carrier delivered to me, they have not. This company is nothing but a fraud, and probably lost their but and cannot pay? Could you please help?
