Bought three scooters for kids, all three were broke in one place or the other one body was broke beyond repair. The other two looked like someone didn't know how to assimble and had broken plastic on the under piece, one charger cord cut, 4 different pieces missing so couldn't even be put together.

Once I got to looking into the company they List as the highest number of unanswered and unresolved customer complaints filed with the BBB.

My kids got the scooters for Christmas, about a week ago. Since then I have stood in my shop working on the parts as they brake.

I emailed them and tried to be polite about the whole deal, and was asked to make the repairs myself, I just wanted them to send the rest of the scooter so my child can have one that runs, sure they said. But after that no return emails no response.

I thought I was saving myself some money but as it goes you get what you pay for, so short of a law suit I'll gladly throw them in the trash were they belong and buy some better made scooters.
