Sports

AUSTIN PURE FITNESS seems to be the all-inclusive gym, they call themselves the indoor gym for the outdoor people

Not only they have very badly trained people at the front desk but they gave me, and a lot of other people, the wrong information about EVERYTHING. They always lie about the kinds of memberships they offer and me, like many other victims, ended up signing a one/year contract when online it states that they do offer shorter contracts.

I could not even walk on the treadmill there because of how loud the music is and you freeze in the yoga classes. Fortunately for me, one of the girls at the front desk admitted that yes, they had given me the wrong information because that is a very high-energy gym but of course, the club manager denied it. I sent an email and the owners simply laughed at me by saying they were not going to return my deposit when I only when to the gym two times since I could not even stay the third time I went due to the extremly loud music and the ridiculously cold environment.

I hope this helps someone. Do not go there!!!
