All Stylists do not know how to treat people

Is it that hard to find a good stylist these days let alone have them want your business? This Salon has hired the utmost rudest, unprofessional and degrading people I have see in a long time.

The "bigger" girl tends to not care that just because the owner is not present she can treat people with such a bad attitude. If you can't stand people so much why do you continue to torchure your clients with your poor attitude. Find somewhere to work that you don't have to interact with the public.

I tried as a "walk in" to get a simple guys haircut. The "bigger" girl was standing beside another girl at the front counter talking. I walked in and said "Hi, do you have time to give me a quick trim"? The "bigger" girls response was "No, we're all booked solid" I responded by saying well it looks like there is no one else here at the moment. The other girl said "we're doing a shift change and don't have time if you were here 10 mins ago we could have cut your hair then. I responded by telling them that my wife did call about 20 mins prior and there was no mention of any shift change then. I said then said well, there is no one here it will only take 5 to 10 mins tops. The "bigger" girl responded by saying "NO WE ARE ON SHIFT CHANGE" So I asked if either one was the owner they both said no and I left.
