Fraud! Took my money and didn't get order!

I ordered a few things from amiclubwear.com. My order arrived and things were missing but, according to my account they say they had been shipped. I have been charged for the items! When I call the number it dosent even ring. The international number says mailbox is full and no return on my emails. Very upset, this was Christmas for my daughter. I would also like to say the items I did receive were not that great in quality. Zippers hard to work and just cheap.
