Ripoff They give you the runaround like no othe

I had a few problems with how they filed my tax reports. It seems their "seasonal help" worked the figures wrong and ended up costing me some money, $300 to be precise. That may not seem like a lot but with my income every little bit helps. I tried calling them and spoke with a Rhonda Steed. She was absolutely no help whatsoever. She gave me the runaround like crazy. To date I have yet to get any of that money back. Anyone have ideas on what I can do?
