A real rip off/waste of money and time

My husband lost his social security card. I went on line to find out some information on repalcement. Came upon simplefilings.com. Foolishly i paid $48.00 to file for a new one. What a waste of money and time. I still have to go with my handicapped husband to get a new one in person. I called simplefilings to complain and get a refund. The operator was rude and defended her company when i said i was going to file a complaint with bbb. She said we have a aaa rating. Then i found this site to complain about my ripoff. I am still going to file with bbb.
