Scootermoviesshop debited my credit card two months ago for DVD's I ordered on the Internet No disc sent

I. Ordered seven (7) DVD"s on the Internet from Scootermoviesshop at the start of October. The site touts dispatch within 3to 4 working days. I sent an e-mail to scooter early November
asking for the status of my order. After three follow up e-mailsScooter replied with a " the cheques in the mail" response. Further e-mails have been ignored and the promised shipping advice has not been forthcoming.$90 was debited to my credit card at the start of October. An orderI placed earlier this year was fulfilled after six (6) weeks delay and I was happy with the disc supplied. HoweverI am not happy with a debit to the amount of $90, and no advice as to the status of my order. Thus I now join the throng of consumers complaining about this site. I understand that Scooter operates out of Chicago
