That is five counts of wire fraud!!! He does not post his name anywhere on his web site nor an address. The reason is simple - he does not want anyone to know who he is and he does not maintain an office of any kind.

He will talk to you over the phone and use his lizard tongue to suck you in. He will ask for large sums of money to get started and then additional large sums to place in an escrow account. He will neither investigate any case because he is not licensed to and never was one to begin with.
