Dennis Collins install and pave drive area under car port (20' x 21') Contract specifys two years warranty. Three days later it is sloughing and breaking apart

Dennis Collins agreed to pave the area under my carport, 20'x21', for $500 with asphalt. The work was done with warm (not HOT) asphalt and after paying and signing a contract including a two year warranty against cracking or breaking, I ask and was told I could park on the next day. Two days later I first parked on it and it began to show softness, sinking and slough. The work was NOT to my satisfaction at all.

I contacted the company within the week, to be told I would receive a return 'phone call', which did NOT happen until after my third telephone message to them. While not at home some two weeks later, a female left a message that someone would be in touch with me and agreed the work was guaranteed. This is now two weeks later and no one has shown up or contacted me further. I will pursue with the Better Business Bureau and Small Claims Court.
