Don't get screwed. They are great talkers but don't know squat. They messed up so much and stole our supplies and equipment. It's going to cost us 3x to fix all their mistakes. The bathrooms are not ADA compliant, there's leaks already, their tile work is atrocious. They said the tile is not flush on the wall because Floor and Decor sells 2nd hand tiles. They have an excuse for everything. Our grease trap is all wrong. All the plumbers say it will fail. No one can believe the crappy work they saw. We paid for asphalt and nothing was done. They said they got screwed by the sub. They didn't pay the subs with the money we paid them. The list goes on and on. We are in the process of suing them in court and filing a criminal case for the materials they stole.
