We have been shipping with UPS for almost five years. During that time we have spent over $20,000.00 per year in shipping with them. For over 2 years our UPS account was on weekly auto debits. UPS cancelled our auto debits with out notifing us, so instead of paying about $400.00 per week, on what we shipped during that week UPS billed us over $3000.00 in one lump sum. I spent about seven hours on the phone setting up a payment plan that was oked by Dana, a "supervisor", but the following day the entie amount was debited from my account. I called and got no expanation or apology. I flat out told them I was switching shipping companies and was told have a happy holiday and was hung up on. What can brown do for you? Nothing.
