Mr. Brown At Poor quality product and poor customer service ripoff

I Googled up "CYBERBRANDS as seen on TV" and came across Bevars "Beating of the Week" report done in 2000. I thought, that was years ago, surely they've gotten better" and so I ordered from them anyway. BIG MISTAKE!
I spent over $30 on shipping and handling fees for a $30 item that broke when I tried putting it together. Actually I was charged close to $11 for the first shipment, spent that much shipping it back and he. Mr. Brown. Went back into my credit card and charged me $11 again for re-shipping.
Mr. Brown was very rude and cut me off when I was trying to talk. I asked May I ask you a question, am I being disrespectful?" He said "the only question Im interested in is why should I pay for or replace something that you broke? When I mentioned the Better Business Bureau, plus probably the fact that my caller ID showed I was calling from a church, he said to send it back.
