Ripoff Cricket stole money from my checking acct. And I have never been a customer Toledo, Ohio

Cricket steals money from people who are not Cricket customers. Cricket went into my checking account and withdrew all my money. I am not a cricket customer nor have I ever been one.

When I contacted my back they said there is some sort of phone scam and it affected a lot of people in the Toledo area. Cricket told me telecheck did it, but, the bottom line is Cricket has my mney. They are thiefs.

I have had to file a police report, get bank papers notarized, etc. Then to top it off, Cricket contested this problem and I can't get my money. Apparently someone at Cricket or telecheck is able to crack checking account numbers at a major bank. Went to a cricket store in person and they are no help.

In fact, I called on the four stores in the Toledo area and they don't even answer they telephone during normal working hours. When I personally went into the store, there were five or six employees there. They said they can't answer the phones, they are too busy. Managers are young and inexperienced.in fact, the one manager told me he would take care of it and assured me I would get my money back.

Well, when I found out the next day cricket contested it, and I called him back, his story completely changed. He told me I had to get my money back from Telecheck. He also told me he was only aware of two people who had been scammed. The bank verified there were a lot more. I can't get past voice mail at Telecheck. But since Cricket actually has my money, they are crooks.

Also, I can't contact cricket by phone because I am not a customer. You cannot talk to anyone. Telecheck's voicemail said to mail in my drivers license, social security number, etc. If I send them this information, they can wipe me out completely at the bank, they are crooks too.

DO NOT DEAL WITH CRICKET OR TELECHECK. Everyone should contact the FCC and report any and all problems with Cricket Communications and Telecheck. I believe this scam is nationwide. Also, they state they do not prosecute their employees for any wrongdoing. Sounds like a great company to work for if you are a criminal or dishonest person.
