These people are the worst. Stay away from them at all costs. The apartment was trashed when we got it. We were shown a refurbished apt and told ours would look the same when we rented it. Spent two days cleaning up and eventually called the board of health. An inspector came in and they were cited for numerous violations. We not only cleaned but also patched and painted walls but replaced the rotten countertop at our own expense. Prior to leaving, the place was left spotless.

When we tried to get our security deposit back we were charged for cleaning and sanding, patching and painting. Also charged a "Constable Fee" which is a fancy term for late fee which is illegal in Massachusetts. Numerous calls to resolve thius issue went unanswered. Finally got in touch with a "Patricia", who made promises to look into it and never returned my calls. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she claimed there wasn't one refused to take it to the next level. These people are predatory by there nature and there are many terrible reviews all over google.
