Worthless and unusable product

The product was not as described. The removable door was missing. Emailed Randy to find out it is a removable wall not a removable door as described on his website; completely worthless as a whelping box. Worse yet, the paint has a terrible odor and comes off on the hands. The wood is not as you expected. It is thin 1/4" sheets of some sort of composite that is warped and cracked; every piece! It is not WOOD, it is not hardwood or even softwood. It's a cheap thin wood product that is frayed and fragile. The dog won't go inside it because of the odor. He doesn't answer his phone. Just don't waste your money.
