Broken Hospital Bed

I ave been trying to get my moms hospital bed repaired from the vendor that provided it. This has been since the beginning of November. My mom is bed bound since a massive stroke and faces chocking while eating because the headrest part does not raise. Even after contacting the manager and still no results. Please help. The head rest doesn't elevate, and has chocked several times. This is serious situation and do not get call back from company.
