Guaranteed Overnight Package Delayed, Weather Excuse Disputed

After paying nearly $50.00 for guaranteed overnight delivery my package never arrived.

Upon contacting UPS I was told it was due to weather conditions in Seattle so there is no guarantee.

The receiver confirmed the weather was fine so I double checked with UPS to see if the package may have been held up somewhere else where poor weather conditions would have an impact. I was told again that it was marked delayed due to weather after it reached its destination city, when I informed them the weather was fine they replied by saying "we have our own planes so even if you choose to fly we may not, or if you decide to drive, we may not."

Thank you UPS for making FedEx my 2nd choice now in carriers when I cannot use USPS.

People make mistakes, but UPS doesn't they just lie.
