False Advertising

This website advertises that if you pay an extra $5 per month you can have a first look at the upcoming sales. The problem is they allow purchasers to "hold" as many items as they want in their shopping bag. There are purchasers who go on site and hold every high end item and keep it held in their shopping cart, so that other buyers cannot have a fair chance at buying these items. I paid the extra $5 per month so that I could get first look at the upcoming sales. For the past few weeks I have tried to purchase a particular item at exactly 7 A.M. But was told it was already on hold! For fifteen minutes, I stayed on that particular item and kept hitting the "on hold" button. A few times, "buy now" would pop back up, but when I clicked on the "buy now" button, it would say in red letters that it was still "on hold" even though the "buy now" button was still up. This is fraudulent and dishonest. There are purchasers who are holding all the high end items in their shopping cart and then going back and purchasing everything. It is a completely unfair system.
