I would expect a better management of the site trafficf from this retailer, after trying to log in and then reserve items in the cart for an hour I was kicked out and had to try to get back to my Cart for a long time and when I did all my atems I really wanted we're gone, so basically you have to hit purchase right after you put them in the cart. I called and thy could care less, could not answer how long an item is reserved in the cart, customer service was not helpful at all. The site is rigged!
