Did not pay for services rendered, and continually lied about circumstances

I did some work for this guy. I got him a very satisfactory result, and he wrote me two bad checks. Then he said he would make good on them in a week. He didn't. Then he began making excuses, while continuing to promise payment. He still has not paid me. The point to take from this is, he is a liar and can't be trusted. If he will lie to me about paying me, he is unscrupulous, and if he is unscrupulous, then he will do anything to sell you a house, such as lie, lie, lie, lie. If this guy's lips are moving, my opinion is that he's lying. And he is a dead-beat to boot.
